Recommended for both school and studio potters, the Model B Pottery Wheel is quiet, solid, and competitively priced. The 1/2 HP (5 Amp) motor can handle 150 pounds of clay continuously. EZ-feel toggle switches for on/off and forward-reverse switches are easy to locate; forward/reverse switch has a neutral position to ensure smooth transitions when changing direction. A permanent magnet DC motor provides high torque at all speeds ranging from 10 to 240 rpm. The all-steel solid table comes with poly cover; cast aluminum 14-inch wheel head is marked with concentric circles for ease in centering clay and includes 2 bat pins. Full unit measures 24 L x 21 W x 25 H inches and weighs 114 pounds.Features
